European organisations (NGOs) with an interest in preparing for and responding to an oiled wildlife or other marine wildlife emergency are invited to consider becoming a Network Member of EMPOWER. Membership can be obtained by signing and submitting:

1. an original signed copy of the Code of Conduct together with
2. a completed Membership Application Form
3. proof of legal incorporation in a country within the geographical scope and
4. an electronic description of the organisation’s motivation and relevant activities for inclusion on the EMPOWER website (maximum 150 words)

Upon reception of these documents and a check by the Steering Group, the accepted new Member will receive a Certificate of Membership and be listed on this website.
